Building legacies and new horizons with a commitment to God's promises.
At Horizon Acreage, our rainbow logo is inspired by the biblical story of Noah. After the great flood, God placed a rainbow in the sky as a symbol of His promise and faithfulness. Noah, in obedience and faith, stepped into a cleansed world, leaving a legacy that would shape future generations.
In the same spirit, we approach land acquisitions with integrity and vision. We see each piece of land as a new horizon — an opportunity to create something meaningful and lasting. Just as Noah's legacy was built on faith and purpose, we strive to honor that legacy by enhancing the value of every property we touch.
We honor our commitments and provide fair value for every piece of land.
Our work is rooted in biblical principles, reflecting God's promise and vision.
We strive to enhance every property, creating opportunities for families and businesses.
We aim to leave a lasting impact, building a future that honors God's plan.
I got my start in land development through my first company, Stanley Storage. We grew it from a single site to four locations — Pelzer, Anderson, and Seneca in South Carolina, plus Winston-Salem, NC. Three were ground-up: raw land transformed into fully functioning RV & boat storage with solar-topped canopies. Pelzer was an adaptive reuse — an old parking lot rebuilt into something productive.
Managing contractors, gathering quotes, sitting with engineers on site plans, walking the property through every construction meeting, and watching raw land become a working business — that's where I found my passion for land development.
Today that passion lives in residential development. My first subdivision was a 47-townhome community off Gravely Road in Greer. Since then I've subdivided 9 single-family lots for local builders, delivered 15 land-home package lots for affordable housing, and I'm continuing to acquire land with development potential.
Most recently, I've partnered with a home-building company as their dedicated land sourcing arm. They build nearly 100 homes a year across the Southeast — which means the parcels I acquire today don't sit on a desk waiting for a flip. They go straight into a real production pipeline, get developed, and become homes real families move into.
My main focus is Christ. I'm a member of my local church and I lead a non-profit sports ministry in Spartanburg. That priority shapes how we work — we name subdivisions and streets after past family members and in His honor. We're honest, we're transparent, and our reputation speaks for itself.
