Our logo is a rainbow over a horizon line. It comes from the story of Noah: after the flood, God set a rainbow in the sky as the sign of His promise, and Noah stepped into a cleansed world to build a legacy that outlived him.
That's the spirit we try to bring to real estate. Every property is a new horizon — a chance to build something lasting, for the person selling it as much as for us. We can't promise every deal works out. We can promise you'll be dealt with honestly while we find out.

I got into real estate through development. My first company, Stanley Storage, grew from one site to three Upstate locations — Pelzer, Anderson, and Seneca — RV, boat, and mini storage that I took from raw land and an old parking lot to gated, solar-topped facilities that are still operating today. Managing contractors, sitting with engineers over site plans, walking every construction meeting: that's where I learned what it actually takes to finish something.
From there it was residential: a 47-home townhome community off Gravely Road in Greer and single-family lots for local builders. Today I partner with a home-building company as their land sourcing arm — together we deliver 100+ homes a year across the Southeast — and I buy, build, exchange, finance, and partner on whatever the deal needs.
My main focus is Christ. I'm a member of my local church, and on the side I lead Legacy Volleyball, a non-profit sports ministry in the Upstate. That shapes how Horizon Acreage does business: honest numbers, plain terms, no pressure, and a deal that has to work for the person across the table. We name subdivisions and streets after past family members and in His honor. Our reputation is the only sales pitch we want.
