Sell land in Oconee County, without the runaround.
Horizon Acreage buys land, houses, and small commercial property across Oconee County — Seneca, Westminster, Salem, Fair Play, Clemson (Oconee side). We are a Greer-based real estate investment and development company, not a wholesaler: we walk your property in person, show you our reasoning, and typically cover closing costs.

We know this county from the ground up.
Oconee County is where the original Stanley Storage was built from raw ground, and where we still do a lot of site work. Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell land, timber tracts, and family acreage around Seneca and Westminster are all things we have bought and developed here.
We are actively buying in Seneca, Westminster, Fair Play, and the Highway 123 / Highway 11 corridors. Raw acreage, timber and farm land, inherited or heirs' property, landlocked parcels, houses in any condition, and small commercial sites.

Straight answers.
Do I have to clear or survey the land first?
No. We buy it as it sits and handle survey, platting, and any splitting ourselves. Our surveyor, Survey Pro, is based in the Upstate.
What about rollback taxes?
If your land is under agricultural use and a sale triggers rollback taxes in Oconee County, we will often cover them. Ask — it changes the math. How rollback taxes work in South Carolina.
Is a cash sale my only option?
No. Seller financing, an option, an exchange, or a partnership can leave you better off than a cash price, depending on your taxes and timeline. We show you all of them.
I already have an agent.
That is not a problem. We honor the relationship and work through your agent.
Can you pay more than market value?
Sometimes. An appraisal looks backwards at what other Oconee County tracts sold for. We look forward at what your land can actually support once it is developed — zoning, setbacks, topography, wetlands, and what the utilities will carry. Where the site supports more than the comps assumed, our offer can come in above fair market value, and in the right situation above retail, because we pay for the engineering and approvals and carry that risk ourselves. Where it does not, we will say so plainly. How we value a tract.
